Beautiful 19th century Savannah treasure: attentive hospitality and nice amenities. Great location, a short uber or 20 minutes walk to the riverfront. Delightful interior courtyard is so peaceful. Highly recommend.

The whole place is historic and beautiful. The staff is so friendly, and some very knowledgeable about Savannah. I loved my stay also because it was very social with happy hour wine etc

The room was very comfortable, the staff was very informative and friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious. There was wine and cheese every afternoon and dessert each evening. It was fun meeting other travelers and sharing our experiences. The house is in a beautiful area and close to everything.

The room was nice. The heating unit was very loud. The staff was very helpful and professional. We enjoyed the afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvres. A couple of things that surprised me that should have been mentioned on Expedia are (1) that parking is on the street. Not easy to find. It is metered parking. You can purchase a parking voucher at the B&B. (2) Breakfast is outdoors by the patio. There are a few heaters but you still have to wear a jacket or coat to eat breakfast. The food gets cold fast. This is not ideal when it's cold outside. We did not enjoy breakfast for this reason.

The breakfast, wine and cheese and dessert were great! Room was nice, but u could hear people in other rooms on both sides and the ac/heater didn’t work very well. But overall we really enjoyed our stay!

My sister and I have a wonderful time. The whole staff was exceptional, always pleasant and smiling and attended to our needs. The extra touch e.g. late afternoon snacks and evening desserts. Would highly recommend visiting Eliza Thompson House.

Everything smelled so clean. The front desk was very helpful with all of our questions. They gave us suggestions for dinner and tours. Breakfast was very good and it was enough food to hold us over until a late lunch. We did not participate but they had wine happy hour and desserts early evening. This was our first time staying at a historic inn we will definitely be back. Breakfast was great. They give you two breakfast items to choose from. It changes daily. In the evening they set up finger foods and wine.

This was our first time in a bed and breakfast. The staff was delightful. Property was clean. Location is perfect for shopping and walking in the historic district. I’m giving it 5 stars for what it is-but it’s not a five star hotel. It’s an old house! The food was better than what I would cook but if you love breakfast I hear there are some gourmet breakfast places in Savannah. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend for an affordable bed and breakfast.
