Started off terribly. Made the reservation online and called and told them we would be there after 10pm said no problem. Get there 1045 and the woman at the desk said my reservation was just cancelled because my card was declined. Then said the "owner" cancelled it because it was over booked. I checked my card and my res was paid hours before. She then reinstated my reservation (which actually never got cancelled) Room was clean and spacious however it was noisy by the room. (121) I think it was near the cleaners closet. There are many hotels on the same road but availability was getting low for last minute by the airport and we were passing through. Hot breakfast was decent

No where to hang anything in bathroom. Towels were placed in coat hangers in closet. All there was. Breakfast was terrible. Eggs soggy. No coffee. Machine broke. However room was good and bed was awesome.

Large room, very clean, nice pillows and a comfortable bed. However the refrigerator made a noise and there wasn't a piece in the coffee pot that was needed to make coffee. Worked with employee at desk at check in , he helped with coffee pot piece. He seemed almost discombobulated with finding the piece. It took over 20 minutes to locate one in the adjacent room. During Check Out: Spoke to the man at the desk about the noisy fridge rattling all night. He didn't seem to care , he said sorry and here is your receipt , have a good day. I honestly thought he should have asked more about the noise, to at least help the next customer.

Room was small and very dated. Person working front desk did not speak English well at all and was hard to understand. He also had no personality. Was in room for about an hour found better accommodations and checked out. Did not waste my time staying there. Mattresses were on like a metal fold out frame like you would have for company in an extra space.
