Disliked: Cleanliness
Looks cute outside and inside, but not ready for summer guests. First, there is NO AC, unless you count the single, small, struggling unit in the middle bedroom. There was one floor fan and one table fan when we arrived on a 90 degree day. High temps were at 90 or so for two more days, and humidity was high too. Many of the windows, including the big slider in the main bedroom, did not have screens on them, so we couldn't open them at night for cooling. The property manager brought additional fans for our use, which helped.The bedding had not been laundered from the previous guest and beds were not made. We had to do laundry and make beds when we arrived on Monday evening. Some towels seemed clean, and were stacked on the dining table. Toilet and tub were dirty. Shower curtain liner is stained from the hard water and no longer water proof. Coffee maker had old coffee and moldy coffee grounds in it. Plants look sad, with lots of dead leaves and stalks. Coffee cups and silverware were drying on the rack by the kitchen sink; they seemed to be clean?Apparently there was a misunderstanding between the property manager the the cleaning service regarding our arrival date. We would have been forgiving if the property manager had scrambled to do a thorough cleaning, including laundering sheets and towels and making the beds, immediately. She did at least offer to waive the cleaning fee.
