Book Sattankulam hotels

U booked the room for three days and from 1st day geyser fridge was not working. No hanger in the cupboard were there, No lounging chair was there On the second day room was not cleaned and inspite of giving complaint well in advance the hotel staff did not resolve the issue. Since fridge was not working I asked them chilled water which they did not supply giving flimsy excuses. Overall I did not have good experience

Bathroom is not clean

Very poor service and matters is also not clean. No proper Hotel amenities. Swimming pool also not clean.

We stayed at Chitra Temple View Hotel, which is conveniently located within walking distance of the Tiruchendur Murugan Temple, the seashore, and Naali Kinaru. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness is excellent. They also have a generator, ensuring 24/7 power supply. The restaurant on the premises is another highlight; the staff there were especially kind and helpful, particularly as we were traveling with a 1.6-year-old child. The only downside is that the hotel room was a bit small, but overall, our experience was very positive.
