Stopped to stay here for a quick overnight due to a snow storm. Glad we did! Room was absolutely spotless and staff was incredibly friendly!! Would absolutely stay here for a longer visit to Saratoga.

The first room we were given smelled full of smoke. However, the very nice agent at the desk gave us another room. So that worked out. The other room was perfect with no issues. I like this hotel because it's comfy and clean. I'll stay again.

Y the staff is kind and very accommodating. I am a travel nurse and I get out of work at 7:30 AM. Therefore I need to check in earlier than most people. The staff was very kind to accommodate me with this situation which was very appreciated. This building is older, but it’s kept extremely clean. The atmosphere is comfortable and lively.
