The Conrad Bali is a beautiful resort with an amazing staff! The staff are so kind and always with a smile on their face. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so many option. I would stay at the Conrad again next time I’m in Bali.

結婚30周年記念旅行でした。滞在3日目の夕方に大量の羽蟻が部屋に発生ましたが、部屋に責任者が現れもせず部屋のグレードアップで誠意のない対応でした。ディナーにも外出が出来ませんでした。部屋の移動にかかった3時間を返して欲しい、残念な思い出となりました。
