The overall stay was fine. The staff was extremely friendly. We stayed in suite 107. The hot tub was not properly heated and the tub jets only stay on for about two minutes. We had to keep turning them on. The bathroom door does not close due to a faulty lock. There was mold in the shower floor and various spots throughout the sweet. Both me and my friend had to take allergy meds because we were being affected by the mold. The bedroom sheets feel damp to your skin. The walls in the room had moisture on them. I’m pretty it came from the hot tub in the bathroom and not being properly ventilated, which I’m sure is the cause of the mold in the room. I think they should take care of that before anyone else stays there. Mold can be very dangerous. Again this is nothing against the staff as they were really nice. But I have to be honest with my experience.

This property is about a 10 min uphill walk to the town square. It’s one of the furthest away from town accommodations I saw. The staff is amazingly polite and helpful. The mini blinds can use an upgrade and the towels were very scratchy. Breakfast was delicious! Overall it was a great experience and recommend this property if hiking is your thing.

From the day we arrived Kristina took care of us. She is very helpful and super kind. Provided all the information needed. The property it self is very private for people who prefer a private pool. It is also super clean they come every day for cleaning the suite as well as the pool. Their breakfast is fantastic. Irene the Owner was very generous and nice to postpone our checkout till noon as the flight was delayed with no extra charges. Santorini is beautiful & special, and Perla Nera made our experience even extra special. I would come back and book in Perla Nera again for sure as it was worth every single penny spent there. Big thank you for Kristina for all your help.

Best stay ever!

This was by far the best stay of our 2 week trip across Europe! From the communication before we even arrived to our departure. This property is such a gem. The property is beautiful, we received an upgrade to our room and we were so thankful. Irene and Georgia are two of the most thoughtful women and are always willing to help. They made our stay stress free, and we were able to relax and enjoy the beauty of Santorini. Breakfast in the morning was amazing and a great added amenity to the stay at no additional cost. The small gift we were given at the end of the stay was so thoughtful.

This place was absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 4 nights during peak summer season. We booked the beautiful new room with private pool. Amazing breakfast, amazing daily turn down service, friendly staff. Also perfect location! 15 mins on a quad to OIA, 20 mins to the light house. I highly reccomend booking here and hiring a quad for your stay! It’s absolutely perfect 🙏

Lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was about a 10 minute walk from the centre, which was probably a good idea because it’s so busy there and you got privacy at your hotel and in the pool. Very beautiful sunrise in the morning, you got to pick what time you wanted your breakfast delivered to your room & the lunch was amazing and good value. I would say it’s on a main road, but wasn’t scary for us at night and seemed safe.

Stayed here for my honeymoon, absolutely amazing experience the customer service was great from the manager she was always happy to help. Room was spacious & kept tidied by room service, the breakfast menu was tasty. Overall me & my husband had an amazing time. Would highly recommend as everything is also nearby such as thira town centre shops.

Spacious suites with short uphill walk to Thera

Comfortable villa with overall great location in Thera. Does require a short slightly uphill walk to get to downtown but still a nice location convenience. Suites sit on a major street and at night there are loud cars and 4 wheelers that you will hear even past midnight. However the rooms are soundproofed well so that you don't hear them when inside, just when outside on the patio. Hot tub was great however one night it was cool and you are unable to adjust temperature without the staffs help, which is a problem since the reception closes after around 9 pm. Everything else, such as room service, amnesties, space, A/C and more were great. Only other issue was the kitchen providing the bare minimum of cups and utensils, only offering two of each. If ocean views, short walkable distance to downtown Thira, and relaxing at night on the patio is your goal for Santorini then overall I can recommend this place.
