First it'll, when we came the receptionist check us in and told us to go straight and make a left for our room,he didnt say it was in the third floor with no elevator,next day the service from breakfast it was terrible there was no natural juice ,sometimes no cups, and no coffee cups, and no plates,,and the beach it was no control over the venders, i dont mine one or twice, but not all the time,if this an all inclusive hotel, why do u need a deposit for beach towels,and i couldn't even it in my room
