Whala! Boca Chica is always my home away from home when visiting Dominican Republic. What makes it perfect is the way the staff makes me feel, is like a big family. Love the traditional dominican food options. Everyone is special to me, but have to mention Angel at the front desk, as well as Anabel, Alba, and Johnatan at the buffet. I will keep sending my friends and family to enjoy this wonderful place. Thanks so much for another wonderful and memorable stay…until the next time!

The rooms in the resort looked nothing like what is posted on the website. While I knew this hotel was more economical than others I didn’t expect it to be so low budget.

This people they preferred to help other people but the one we are paying for everything we don’t get the service that we deserve in my case I need to park my rental but they always have parking full but we cars that they ask to paid separately I went to ask for taols and they keep telling me next hour but never have went we need it.

The beds were very firm and uncomfortable to sleep in. Most places that ask you here in DR that ask you not to flush paper waste in the toilets offer a bidet hose, however, they tell you throw your paper in the trash can with your dirty waste?? Gross! The bathroom have mildew and the shower head didn’t even stay on the shower pedestal so you had to hold it while showering. The buffet was subpar and unsafe food temperature surely I got a little food poisoning since I did have to run to the bathroom often with Montezuma’s revenge! Overall, when you think of an all-inclusive resort, you’d expect to have ice and available and food whenever you want it… not so much… maybe I am a spoiled American but guess what, I paid for that luxury… oh well… I won’t be staying here again… I will say the staff were friendly.
