Amenities shown in Expedia website are different with the reality’s. Some staff in the front desk is not helpful.
The laundry facility is shown in the Expedia website while we are booking. When asked a staff in the front desk, Carlos M., about laundry facility, he said never had it. Once showed him the Expedia website, he did not give any explanation, not saying apologies, but talked to a female staff to delete it from the Expedia. Now no one can find it on Expedia website. To avoid being fooled again, he was not told about the nonexistent facilities in our room, such as electric kettle and toaster. So these nonexistent facilities are still found in the Expedia website until today, Dec. 30 in 2025. Is it funny?
Our room’s locker had issues twice time. At the first time a technician came to fix it. At the another day the room locker was not open by room card again. After the front desk staff, Carlos M., rekeyed our room card, it did not work still. Once again a technician came to carry off our room card. When the technician returned us the room card, it was working. Is it amazing?
It is a good idea to compare the Expedia with other platform such as the Booking about this hotel’s amenities and the room’s facilities.
