Brilliant place to stay. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The pool and area was clean and the coffee cream amazing. Great distance from local shops, dining and beach.

Main lobby is well decorated and clean. We did not use the pool so can't comment on that. Front desk staff were very helpful during our stay. Unfortunately the room should have been cleaner and older aspects need to be replaced - bedding and towels were overall poor quality and unpleasant. Towels had holes and they were very old and need to be replaced. Bedding was stained and also poor quality. Shower head needed replacement or a much better cleaning. Soap and shampoo was provided but the wall holder broke instantly and are not suitable for use. Free street parking was available. And grocery stores, restaurants and beach walking distance. Overall I don't think it is worth the price paid especially given poor towels , bedding and room cleanliness. Karaoke and music from close by restaurant is heard nightly from the bedroom.

Gave us the only dark, no balcony room on the floor, (30+ apartments), FALSELY claiming the hotel was “full”, and refused to change the room, after our requests - while hotel parking was only 25% taken, we cold reserve 1 bedroom apt (the same we had) on 2 websites, for that day, w/o any problem …. Overal BERY BAD management - do NOT recommend …

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes walking to a beautiful beach. Due to the pandemic many shops around the hotel were still closed. The studio was nice, quite simple but nice. I would recommend.

Grim is the only word for it!

The room we had was very dated and we had a horrible view over the street. Bathroom was horrible! Bed was comfortable and the air con was good. Pool rules are no reserving sun loungers and opening times are 1000 to 1900. Everyone abides by the pool opening times. No one was swimming before 10000 or after 1900 but every single sun lounger is reserved by 0800. Bizarre that one rule is followed and another is completely ignored. I asked at reception and they were indifferent and really couldn’t care. I don’t go on holiday to get up in the middle of the night to booked a sun lounger and then wait until 1000 so I can can lie within centimetres of a stranger. This really is an unpleasant place to stay. However, it was busy so clearly other people are happy to spend their hard earned money on a holiday like this.
