Art House is a charming, visually lovely hotel in a perfect location. Steps to dozens of restaurants and brew pubs. Staff was amazingly accommodating and their dining recommendations were spot on. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place. Great price

I stopped in for an overnight to visit a friend in Santa Rosa. This hotel was terrific. The rooms were spacious very clean and comfortable, and the downstairs common area is very well laid out and the breakfast adequate. Great value for money. I’ll be back.

Clean, modern hotel and the king bed was super comfortable. Probably the best hotel bed I've stayed in. Great location downtown, although not exactly the "sexy" part of downtown despite being 2 blocks off of 4th Street. Front desk staff were friendly and chill. Will be staying here again.

Nice property, love the decor. Too expensive for the location and limited parking. Had to park on the street. Continental breakfast - yogart, coffee and bagels. Standard King size room was pretty small. But overall it was a good stay.

The Art House hotel provided a nice place to stay. We wanted a room which had amenities like an apartment and we got just that. It was perfect. I recommend parking on-site for the extra money. Bed was comfy, linens were nice, bathroom was large.

We stayed at Art House after a long day of adventuring and visiting, booking about half an hour before we arrived (close to 10pm). We happened to arrive at the same time as multiple other travelers and there is only one person doing the check in, so we waited for some time before it was our turn. They were also out of parking space in their small garage, so we had to park on the street. In this instance, it wasn’t a problem because the next day was a holiday, but otherwise, it could be an issue as they are time limited, metered spaces. Nevertheless, Art House is a small, modern, boutique hotel, in a downtown area. Everything was brand new such that you could smell the new flooring. The room we stayed in had a view of a construction site across the street, and while the noise didn’t bother us, you could hear it in the morning. The location is convenient for shopping and restaurants all within a few blocks. It is downtown, but it is a relatively quiet/small urban environment, right next to an apartment building. Overall a pleasant, last-minute stay.
