Great place to stay. I didn expected to be that nice..it really was and clean I stood at the lago. It was very close to the main pool..it was just perfect Cab/uber ride to rodadera it isnt far quick cheap ride l, and to the city of santa marta it isnt far either.. It is a very nice place

Well i have been in this hotel for many years. But it has lost the friendly hosting. Janitors and front desk no issues they were very nice and rooms cleaned. - i couldnt order ice for my cooler and they dont sell ice either. They only offer ice for room service and only offer a small bucket. - the waiting staff in the pool restaurant during breakfast is terrible. I ordered coffee 3 times after 30 min i got coffee. - dinner choice i ordered the food it took 1 hour to be served and when i asked the waiter she responded with an attitude and a high tone voice said the dinner was put in only 45 min ago and i have to wait….Not a way to talk to a customer - when i checked in they didnt take a card so everytime i wanted to order somthing i need to pay for it on the spot. I wanted to relax and on the contrary the service made me unsettled and uncomfortable. I think its the management and process work flow of the hotel it lost the care of the customer needs and made the process so commercial driven. I felt i was in a supermarket t trying to get the things i wanted instead of being served and relax with the family. Instalations are nice but service was not good

The bathrooms at the rooms are not cleaned well. Specially the showers. All have mold. House keeping don’t clean well and forget to leave towels and supplies.

The Hotel is very nice, The staff is very friendly and competitive but Expedia is promoting a false advertising. This place is not all inclusive, VIP doesn’t exist!! I spent my whole vacation waiting for Expedia to “resilve” the issue necer heard from them!! Thinking about if I would use Expedia again to buy my vacation.

I made this reservation for my mom, she said it was a amazing! Beautiful property on the beach, nice restaurants, pool and nature. Her room has a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean! She did say that all staff was so nice & helpful! You don’t have to leave the hotel for anything, and she enjoyed very much her stay there! Will come back!
