THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED. WE ENDED UP LEAVING AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT. The reception staff was very rude. They couldn't find our second room and basically were dismissive, if i had not insisted they keep looking (they work off of printed reservations) they would have made us stay in one room. They were all annoyed with any questions we had. Only thing to eat in between lunch and dinner were nasty hamburgers and hot dogs. Served drinks in kiddy cups. Only restaurant available to eat breakfast lunch or dinner was at the buffet. Food at the buffet seemed to be frozen reheated meals. No fruit and desserts that looked pretty but no flavor. Rooms wer old and outdated and dirty and stinky. We all got food poisoning the first night. We tried to call reception and nobody would answer. Security finally got ahold of a nurse who told him she would come to our room since my cousin was the first to get violently sick, then my son and i followed. Nurse told us they would not give us any medicine, not even Pepto bismol or alka zelter. Our choice was to have her make us an appointment the next day or wait until the morning for their gift shop to purchase the Pepto Bismol. She suggested in the mean time for us to go to the bar and get some mineral water with lemon. When i went to the bar to ask for a can of mineral water, I was firsr denied told they could only give me some i their kiddy cup. After I insisted the bartender the can. Rediculous!!!

The rooms are clean and nicely maintained, with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. However, the only downside is that there isn't much to do at night. Two nights are sufficient if you're planning to do some hiking, as there's nothing much beyond the view from the restaurant and hiking trails up the hill. The property doesn't have a pool for children, so my kids had little to do; they weren't particularly interested in the view. If you're bringing kids, be aware that there aren't many activities suitable for them. There's a small park nearby, but it caters only to children aged 2 to 6.

It is a nice place, so clean and good attention.

Clean room and friendly staff. The laundry room was a little old it took the dryer 2 hours to dry our clothes. Food was ok.

Once leaving the resort to try and get more money out of their customers the stay pretended like we took a a towel from the place and tried to charge me for something i infact did not take and k complained i was not going to pay for something i did not even touch because i was not at the hotel for almost all day. Come to find out is not the first time they do this they have done it to more of their customers and thats why they did not go back because they do this towards the end once its time to check out.
