LIVING AREA-
Relax in the rustic-chic living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a 50" flat screen smart TV with Roku and local channels. A wood-burning Kiva fireplace adds warm ambience. We offer complimentary firewood from Oct to April, when the fireplace flues are open, then closed after the season.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up delicious meals in the kitchen, outfitted with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven and a lovely herb garden in the courtyard, should you want fresh herbs.
Savor your culinary creations at the bar, or one of thecustom-made tables for the unit in the dining area or on the patio.
BED & BATH
This single level ground floor unit sleeps six. We offer a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom offers two double beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Outdoor seating for six. that consists of atable, 4 chairs and a garden bench for 2.

Zona Rosa has a laundry facility on site for our guests, parking (one vehicle, per unit) and an office staffed from 2 to 6 daily.

We are tucked away in downtown Santa Fe, just blocks from the Plaza and a short walk to the trendy Railyard District. The Santa Fe Opera and Meow Wolf are about a 10-minute drive and Ski Sana Fe is 16 miles from the complex.

Great place in a great location
The condo and complex are very cute, cozy, and quintessential Santa Fe. The condo was very comfortable and a short/easy walk to the plaza. I would definitely stay again!

Great location, comfortable home
Check in was easy with directions for the code 24 hours prior. Well equipped kitchen, nice extras of firewood, starters and ice melt. No steps to get into home in one direction. Comfortable beds, pretty decor, easy to operate TV. We built a fire in the fireplace and needed more starter wood, the main office supplied those within minutes and even after hours when I left a message to check if the flu was open on the fireplace got an immediate response. They supplied coffee. Walk to the plaza is just a couple blocks. Really enjoyed our stay at this location, anything else touristy to drive to all seemed to be less than 10 minutes to anything. Will stay here again.
