The room was nice and comfortable. Nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit, yummy oatmeal. Coffee can be stronger. Friendly staff overall. Thin walls and low water pressure. The price was very reasonable for area. We weren’t there for the days when the restaurant and music event was open so I’m not sure if it will but noisy or if it’ll be lovely addition.

Stylish and comfortable. Rooms smaller than avg. but not a problem for me. My only complaint was that the mini splits heater response to the remote thermostat control was quirky for a while. At 11:15 PM, so one was in the office to address that, but it fortunately resolved on its own. The breakfast buffet is amazing!! Best I've ever seen outside of a 5-star hotel. Staff very pleasant.

The staff really went above and beyond on everything. The rooms were super clean every morning as I watched the maid clean 1 morning as I came back for something and she scrubbed the shower head to toe, cleaned the whole bathroom with disinfectant and wiped everything, she vacuumed and set all my clothes on the bed folded. The continental breakfast was not like a super 8 continental breakfast. The kitchen staff was on point from A-Z. They had everything from oatmeal perfectly cooked with every type of berry, nut, honey etc. they had homemade yogurt parfaits with homemade granola, they made the eggs fresh and different every day from egg bites, to sandwiches with bagels and bacon and sausage! The front desk was absolutely amazing as well and took care of any question I had and overall it’s one of the hidden gems in Santa Fe and I would highly recommend staying their

Place is very nice but customer service lacks. Our heat didn’t work in our room and front desk said “it just takes a while to warm up”. After getting blankets, and nothing from front desk girl we sucked it up and slept the night. In the morning I mentioned again about the heat and was told I should have said something! I responded I had and front desk girl said NO you didn’t! Liar liar pants on fire! If you do t mind being told you are a liar and being cold, then it’s a great place but I expect professionalism when it comes to customer service.

Though somewhat small, the rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is excellent. It is located off of a busy road, but by 9:00 the traffic had died down and we had no trouble sleeping. We would stay there again.

The breakfast has a great assortment of healthy options and the staff is very friendly and efficient. We love the decor and the ambience of the rooms and of the restaurant. This is where we stay when we are traveling from Phoenix to Denver and back, which we do about once every three months.

The room and the decoration were so cute as was the lobby, the reception area. The breakfast area and all of that space especially the room in the back with a large seating area and fireplace were great when able to use them in the morning during breakfast time. The breakfast was really good. The protein options changed every day and that was great. The variety of teas is amazing. The fresh fruit was amazing every day. It was disappointing to not be able to use the space during the day where bfast is served. Would have liked to be able to sit there by the fireplace in the last room just to chill. Also, everything we had in the bathroom stays wet all day once the shower is used. There’s no fan in the bathroom and the little tiny window. Isn’t enough to get rid of all the condensation that builds up. Had to dry all of our items when needing to use them throughout the day
