The property and room are overall clean but the rooms are super tight. The box AC has no thermostat control -- just fan and coolness controls -- so you have to put up continuous fan noise. The breakfast is very mediocre. We ate the same stuff for three days with no variety. Options are very limited.

We got there too late to use the pool and missed breakfast - our fault - both seemed great. Room was small, but cozy. Bed was comfortable. A room without a coffee maker in 2025 is a bummer.

Nice and clean hotel. Beds were comfortable. Good hot water. Breakfast buffet consisted of breads, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereal, and a little pancake machine. This was a 1 night stop for us but was perfect! Easy to get to. Convenient to restaurants, Target, gas stations. Would stay again.

It was a nice stay! But they need to let their customers know that they are not allowed to park at the outlet parking. My truck got towed and I had to pay to get it out. There was no parking in the parking lot for the hotel and this is not right. I should have gotten a free room for the nights I stayed.

It was filthy and the Guest Service boy who checked us out was unprofessional. He had his hoody covering his face. When we contacted hotel about this boy, they stated that they have told him several times that he could not wear his head covering from hoody, but he does not listen. Then fire him, especially when he had been told several times in the past. Would not recommend this place, extremely gross.

The staff were very unfriendly and inattentive the one elevator stopped working twice in a two day stay the door lock didn’t work all the time and maintenance said they would come back and fix and never did.
