we were unknowingly put in a part of the hotel that appeared to be undergoing remodeling. and our room was on the to be remodeled list. hallway floor was covered in plastic, room smelled funky, window was dirty or moisture got in between the panes of glass but couldn't see out, mold on bath rubber mat,etc. overall room was not even close to being as nice as the picture at booking also in the dog wing so woke up multiple times due to other peoples dogs barking breakfast burritos were pretty decent

I did like the room. Once you figured out that C is for hot water and H is for cold water. The ceiling in the bathroom has been damaged multiple times but poorly repaired. The breakfast they served was cold, at least they offered a meal.

A diamond in the rust- clean, comfy bed, great breakfast with better than usual choices, easy to find, close to everything. Best of all, Coyote South is NOT a chain; beautiful hand painted mural in lobby, coffee available 24-7, lovely rooms- none of the typical generic feel; pristine and beautifully decorated. Friendly people at check-in. A definite A .
