This luxurious and spacious estate is thoughtfully designed with a main house and a separate private casita, providing an ideal layout for large families or groups seeking both connection and privacy. The home is filled with stylish, comfortable furnishings and features multiple lounges for gathering or finding a quiet moment.

* **Primary Suite (Main Level):** King bed, cozy sofa, private coffee station, wine bar, and mini-fridge.
* **Bedroom 2 (Main Level):** King bed and a full-size sleeper sofa.
* **Bedroom 3 (Main Level):** Queen bed in a quiet, sun-filled room.
* **Bedroom 4 (Second Floor):** Queen bed with soft lighting and tucked-away privacy.
* **Bedroom 5 (Second Floor):** Queen bed offering simple comfort.

* **Casita Suite:** King bed and a sleeper sofa, ideal for guests seeking extra privacy.

A fully stocked chef's kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher, wine cooler, and plentiful cookware. A breakfast nook seats six, with four additional stools at the center island.

★ **Game & Fitness:**
Features a pool table, board games, and exercise equipment.

★ **Lounge Spaces:**
Multiple living areas with comfortable sofas, Smart TVs, and indoor fireplaces.

A desk area with high-speed Wi-Fi is available.

Dine alfresco on the deck with seating for 12, or gather around the fire pit. The fully fenced private backyard provides a safe and expansive area to enjoy.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property, including the 5-bedroom main house, the separate 1-bedroom casita, and all amenities across the six private acres. There are no shared spaces.

Enjoy the heated indoor lap pool and hot tub year-round.

Paddles and balls are provided for your use.

Explore and enjoy the full three acres of the estate.

A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available.

* **Laundry:**
A full laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

* **Fenced Backyard:**
The fully fenced backyard is perfect for children and pets to play safely.

Other things to note
* **Unique Horse Experience Next Door:**
A private horse ranch next door offers guided, mindfulness-focused experiences with horses in a peaceful setting. Activities may include gentle riding, groundwork, and relaxation sessions, or guests can simply observe and take photos; visits can be arranged upon request and are operated separately with applicable additional charges.

* **Occupancy:**
The property sleeps a maximum of 16 guests. Please note there is a limit of 10 guests aged 6 and older.

* **Indoor Pool:**
The indoor pool is available for your enjoyment year-round and is professionally maintained. The temperature is kept in the low 80s Fahrenheit.

* **Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:**
These requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please inquire at least 24 hours in advance. If approved, an additional fee will apply.

* **Deliveries & Lost Items:**
We are not responsible for any lost or forgotten items, nor can we accept packages delivered to the property before your arrival or after your departure.

* **Travel Insurance:**
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including weather, illness, or travel disruptions.

* **Pets:**
Pets welcome (max 2, up to 50 lbs each). A one-time pet fee applies per pet and is shown at checkout once a pet is added. Pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.

* **Damage Waiver:**
A non-refundable $69 damage waiver is required per stay. This is charged separately after booking and is required to complete check-in. It replaces a refundable security deposit and helps us resolve accidental damage quickly.
