We offer a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath private condo perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. The full-sized kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas with a traditional adobe kiva as the focal point and a full sofa bed for two. Dip into the community pool and hot tub, then retreat upstairs to your private balcony.

This 2-story condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or for guests who want to enjoy this community for a month or longer.

For quick trips, it's great for two couples who want to explore Santa Fe, attend festivals or hit the slopes of Ski Santa Fe (15 miles). While it is a lovely southwestern style condo, it is also an art gallery for guests to enjoy and/or purchase.

The main floor:
Enter into a spacious living and dining area which opens to a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a wood burning kiva, traditional adobe vega beams, leather sofa bed, leather loveseat, and overstuffed chair, giving everyone a place to relax while watching TV (Smart with cable) or playing games while the fire roars.
The dining area has seating for 4, plus a kitchen bar for 2. The open kitchen stores fiesta wear, a variety of glassware, and serving pieces at your fingertips. Small appliances include, a microwave, a Keurig, drip coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, and toaster.
The small half-bath is conveniently located on the main floor- and there's even some cool artwork there!

Follow the lovely, tiled staircase, with natural lighting from the skylight to the upstairs living space:
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, small desk for writing a postcard or checking email. There is an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower and washer/dryer. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a bathroom across the hall with stall shower. Both rooms have a wall-mounted Smart TV, extra HDMI connection, and access to a charming balcony with a table and chairs for four.

Around the property:
Explore the trails throughout the complex and enjoy the unique decorations each owner displays out front. Follow the path to the right and head to the indoor pool and hot tub (generally, 10am-7pm). Take a few steps a bit further afield and find yourself in the old Santa Fe Plaza by way of the main roads or take a walk-through history in the Cross of the Martyrs park. This park is at the top of the Paseo de la Loma hill, overlooking Santa Fe and adjacent to our complex.

The front door has keyless entry, so no need to worry about forgetting the key.

The Fort Marcy neighborhood has tree lined paths, a gazebo, indoor community pool, hot tub and fitness center. Ideally, you can park your car and walk into the historic downtown for dinner and entertainment.

CLEANING FEE: For guests staying 14-days or longer, cleaning is $175 every 2 weeks and required.

THE PROPERTY: It is situated in a terraced, woody area with bricked walkways and stairs throughout. The area is well lit, but it is not easily accessible for anyone with challenges walking. Please mindful of this before booking.
