The room was excellent, offering stunning lake and mountain views from the 4th floor of Building 2. The accommodations were comfortable, well maintained, and truly the highlight of our stay. However, the overall service experience was disappointing. Aside from the shuttle driver, who was very helpful and assisted us with our luggage, most staff members appeared unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel is spread across three buildings connected by steep rocky streets, and the absence of elevators made access challenging, particularly when carrying luggage. While the scenery and room quality were outstanding, the level of hospitality did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, it was not worth the 3.5-hour drive from Vienna for us to return.
