Don't shoot through before you've had a squiz at the Onyang Folk Museum and Maeng Sa-seong House in Asan. If you want to spend a night or two in Asan, look into the Onyang Grand Hotel and Hoseo Hotel. 40 kilometres to the northeast of Sangso-ri you'll find Cheongju, home to the Grand Plaza Cheongju and Unique Hotel NAMOO. Whether you're shooting through or staying in Cheongju, be sure to explore the Cheongju National Museum and the Cheongju Early Printing Museum.

You'll come across some awesome visitor attractions in Jeonju. The Jeonju Zoo, the Sori Arts Center of Jeolla and Miseong Bowling Jang are up there with the best. This regional centre is located 70 kilometres south of Sangso-ri and has a population of 700,000. Why not also stop and explore the Hanji Museum and the Jeonju Korean Traditional Wine Museum? The Dukmanjae and Hongranmiduk are a selection of accommodations in Jeonju.
