J…. At the front desk was cordial and professional. I was checking in my disabled sister and her disabled housemate. I truly appreciate his above-and-beyond service. He provided extra pillows as my sister cannot sleep when lying flat. Also, my sister does not read and write beyond first-grade sight words. When I alerted him that I was sending pizza delivery, he insured that the pizza went to their room. I truly wish that I had written his name in my journal. I do recall his name began with “J”. The staff was so very kind. I stayed while driving through during a winter storm of ice that had knocked out power to 100,000 people in Nashville, Tennessee. It was much appreciated that I could stop before Nashville in Clarksville and have a restful stay. I enjoyed chatting with the staff. I felt safe and the property was in good shape with cleared entry to the hotel when I arrived to park and unload.

I was a travel thru guest. My goal was to find a clean cheap hotel with a comfortable bed. I do travel like this often so my rating is based on experience. This hotel fit the bill. The refrigerator and ice machine worked

Friendly and courteous staff despite the horrible weather conditions with all the ice and snow. Thank you!

Pleasant, quiet stay. The front desk was amazingly helpful when our car needed a jump start. The gym and breakfast were nice too.
