Book Sanga hotels

The staff were very responsive and friendly. The hotel was also very warm and inviting - they lit the fireplace on some nights and there were fun amenities in the lobby like hammocks and a foosball table. My 9 year old daughter loved the kid's club and was there before dinner everyday. My husband and I also loved the gym - it was very clean and well equipped. The onsen was also wonderful, especially the outdoor section. The breakfast buffet selection was very wide and we needed a couple of days to finish discovering all the dishes. Parking was free and very convenient - we were able to park very close to the lobby. The room was spacious and had a huge powder room and a very clean shower and bath area. Housekeeping was very good at making sure we were well supplied with drip coffee and bottled water everyday. The only small downside was the distance between the hotel and the closest town. Thankfully we drove, so it wasn't difficult to get in and out. The surrounding area is beautiful and we would love to visit again not just for the hotel, but also for the scenic spots!

This is an excellent hotel with hot spring bath.

The Locate is perfect. The front office staff were very friendly. We have an adjoining room and spacious fpr 3 pax. Opp hotel is a seafood market.

Staff handled storing our luggage easily. Check in was smooth. Breakfast choices were very good and the breakfast staff were very attentive. Excellent accommodations and location.

Everything was perfect. They even have different types of shampoo at the lobby for you to try. However, the ones in the room are already good enough. My dry hair became so soft and manageable. The staff were excellent - helpful and patient. True Japanese hospitality and service. There is free coffee and tea at the lobby with a small area for guests to relax and read newspapers too. Loved its proximity to the train station, especially if you are travelling a lot.
