Saiko was a fantastic host and owner of the property! The room was clean, easily warmed in the cold winter weather and daily simple western breakfast was great. Ly, one of her live in staff, was very useful too for us to use as a local driver. Saiko was very helpful with food recommendations and helping us call various venues or snow gear hire. We were a large group of 7 and had booked up most of the top floor. The vibe in the Inn was very communal downstairs for meals or watching TV!

Great hotel for a solo traveler right next to Toyama station. Good place to explore the city, and right next to multiple streetcar stations to explore Toyama.

The staff had a very high work ethics. The room was clean and the cleaning crews were working diligently. I loved the location where was very convenient to take the city train system. The only thing I did not like was: a man’s hot spring was much bigger and had 4-5 kinds of hot tubs. In contrary, a female had only one hot tub.

The room was very large, the hotel overall was very new. Great balance between catering for children and adults. The restaurant was very modern and spacious with a great view of the forest. The dinner and breakfast had a great range of really good food. The onsen was modern and the view from the outside onsen of the forest was very relaxing.
