Sorry! As much as we've tried, we haven't been able to locate any hotels in central San Sebastian.

However, 25 kilometres from San Sebastian you'll find San Martin Sacatepequez. This nearby area contains a variety of places to hit the hay. These include the Hotel Modelo and Hotel Modelo.

Don't blow through before you've had a squiz at the Cerro El Baul National Park and the Monumento a la Marimba in Quetzaltenango. If you're keen to spend a night or two in Quetzaltenango, look into the rates at the Villa de Don Andres and Hotel Modelo. 40 kilometres to the east of San Sebastian you'll find San Juan La Laguna, home to the Eco Hotel Uxlabil Atitlan and Mikaso Hotel. While in San Juan La Laguna, be sure to check out the Cojolya Museum and St. James the Apostle Church.

Travel 55 kilometres east and you'll find yourself in Panajachel, a regional centre with a population of 13,000. While you're exploring this neck of the woods, work on your tourist game at Santa Catarina Palopo Church, The Maya Traditions Herbal Medicine Garden and Panajachel Municipal Market. If you're in the area for a bit longer, keep the good time rolling at Church of Saint Francis and the San Antonio Palopó. Panajachel has places to stay that should suit most tastes and budgets, such as the Posada de Don Rodrigo Panajachel and Hotel Villa Santa Catarina.
