Lovely garden and room nicely decorated.

The room was very small. The bathroom floor was one step higher than the room, which could be dangerous when one gets up at night to use it due to poor lighting and sleepiness. However, these are all minor issues comparing with what we encountered upon check-in at the front desk. We were told that while Expedia informed the hotel of my reservation, it didn't send the payment to the hotel, so I had to pay to the hotel. I made a credit card payment as demanded, and recieved only a credit card receipt but no hotel receipt stating the purpose of the charge. Later on, after multiple inquires about the double payments, the hotel conceded that their receptionist had made a mistake and the payment "was cancelled". After more than 10 days, the payment is still on my credit card account and further inquiries from me received no response from the hotel.

Excellent hotel with great service and nice food! lovely way to reconnect with nature.

The staff was friendly and helpful with travel information. Good breakfast.
