Cleanliness, close to the mall

5 star service for very affordable price! Great staff! And would like to thank Patrick, who helped us and provide beverage for my relatives. Thank you for your professionalism! Definitely I will come back again! I do really Love the rooms, view and the balcony so relaxing! Note: not much to see outside the properties but they provide small convenience store inside.

Pool was clean, staff was very friendly and professional

The place is conveniently located in relation to the places we intended to visit. It is clean and well-maintained. There no establishments around but the hotel has an in-house restaurant and breakfast is included. Take note that there are no elevators so request for a first floor room if you have mobility issues. The wifi is strong, check-in was a breeze except when I reminded the front desk of our pets. I requested a pet-friendly room via Expedia, but didn’t receive acknowledgement from the hotel. During check-in, the staff told me there is a pet fee. The hotel’s Expedia page explicitly states “Pets stay free,” and I proceeded to show them their own listing. The issue didn’t go any further, but I’d like the hotel to update their page if it is indeed their policy to have a pet fee.
