Great place to stay

It was exactly as shown in pictures very clean professional Peace of mind If we come back to Granada we would stay there no question about it

I would give Plaza Marbella a 4/5. Overall, it was a really good stay, mainly because the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the pool area was nice. That said, there are a few things that could be improved. Some areas feel a bit outdated and worn, and the kitchen was very basic – it could use a few more essentials (even a kitchen towel would help). The balcony was often covered in bird droppings, and it didn’t seem like it was being cleaned regularly, even just the table. The pool area is enjoyable, but adding umbrellas or more loungers to lay on would make it even better. Despite these small issues, we had a great stay and really appreciated how helpful the staff was.

The ad states shuttle available to the airport. We had to pay for a taxi to and from the ferry. They set the taxi service up, but it was not a shuttle. Otherwise, it was true to the description.

Air conditioning excellent in the room. Breakfast excellent

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was always delicious. However no housekeeping or replacement of towels the entire week I was there. No hot water in the shower and no tv in the room.
