Book San Juan hotels

I never write a review but this hotel needed one. The place was not well managed. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower did not work. The main problem is that I decided to take a weekend of rest at this place. Since we got there it had loud music the entire time, until 2:00am. We have three little kids and they couldn’t even fall asleep. After we complained at 11:00pm telling them the music is blasting and people are trying to sleep, they barely even turned it down. The food was good, but the rest of the environment was not family friendly mainly just a bar scene. Awful experience!!

What a beautiful hotel! We stayed for one night and the service was impeccable. It was super clean, very comfortably and my gosh, the view is just stunning. We stayed in the room with a terrace with a view of the mountains, so so pretty! It had a huge king size bed, AC and floor to ceiling windows that let you see the mountains and the sunrise. Pool was great as well but they also have two big jacuzzi’s. There weren’t many folks when we came and it felt like we had the place to ourselves !

Stayed here with family for several days. The facility and pool are beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond in terms of service and friendliness. The food was also very good. The town is just a short ride away and transportation is available.

A Perfect Getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From start to finish, our stay was absolutely amazing! The service was top-notch—every staff member was attentive and welcoming. The hotel grounds were stunning, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a tropical paradise. One of the highlights was the private pool, which made our stay feel extra special and relaxing. The outdoor bathroom was a unique and luxurious touch that we absolutely loved. The food and cocktails were simply delicious! Every meal was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommended!
