This has been my worst experience so far this year. I am Puerto Rican and I know how beautiful is my island and this hotel does not represent what my culture is. The staff is rude incompetent they do not help you at all. They do not explain you how the process goes Just for you to know the parking is $21 every night which is OK but you have to get a ticket and bring it to the front desk every time you get in and out, which is super annoying because the front desk always has a line so you have to do a line in order to be able to exit and get out of the parking. The lady in the front desk is super rude and gives you attitude for no reason I mean if you have rooms that are all dirty and the bathroom is falling apart. At least you expect a good customer service in front desk well, no this is not the case. You have a terrible room full of scratches and dirt. The bathroom falling apart and then on top of that you have the rude people in the front desk. Thankfully, the restaurant was OK of course it was overpriced, but the food was good so I guess that’s a good thing and the location. It’s a good location, but the facilities of this hotel are really bad. They do not look at all like on the pictures in the app. I suggest to people to do a little bit more research about this hotel before making a reservation because it’s very expensive and it’s not worth it.
The part that really makes me very sad is the negative vibe of the front desk. There are a lot of better hotels available in PR
