Overall nice hotel with great staff! Rooms are cleaned everyday and outdoor bar has great drinks and bartender…buffet breakfast was not very good, same choices every day and bland…should be better for what they charge. Only other complaint was the hot tub wasn’t working and wish they had room service.

Hi, i need some supervisor to get in touch asap. I pay a little over 800 dollars for 2 nigths and was not aible to enjoy my stay.makenthe complain about the hot bath tub by the pool not been working wich they knowing about it and not even telling the customers about it, it wasn't fix at all so my stay was not a pleasant one.i would like to be compansated for the incovinience ! This is not acceptable. Hotel gives instructions that guys are responsable for compensate me, so i hopes thats the case. Please get in touch as soon as possible.

There is a charge for a resort fee but there is no resort at this location. The hotel has a swimming pool but that is it. There is no lounge, no restaurant and no entertainment at night. Also, you have to check your charges on the final hotel bill. I am currently trying to get a credit for about $450 additional dollars on my bill for what I do not know. I have called the hotel several times for an explanation and to date I have received nothing. The room charge is about $550 per night and then there is the daily resort charge of $45 per night making the hotel just under $600 nightly. For a Hyatt Hotel this one falls short on quality and integrity

The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable! Staff was super helpful and kind. Only complaint, when it rained, the water from the balcony seeped into our room under the floor. Causing it to buckle up and have water. Also the hot tub was not working during our stay. I was a little disappointed.

I had to book a last minute room. So it cost me 600 for one night it would have been fine but when we checked in the bathroom floor had some kind of sticky residue on it, as if it was not mopped after the previous person who had the room left. The with the room it self the floor was sticky. Other than lack of cleaning the floor prior to our arrival there were no other issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, check in and check was easy enough.

This hotel need to have a good security personal to respond to problems like I witnessed in the room next to mine. Unfortunately the security person was a very nice young girl who was trying to control a fight late at night between a couple in the room next to mine.

This was easily the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was incredible at directions, favors, and offering advice. We felt incredibly safe here as 2 young adults staying on our own. Our bed and room was beautiful and so comfortable. The pool area is beyond peaceful as well. No complaints and I highly recommend booking here. We plan on staying again next year.

It’s a beautiful property and conveniently located. There’s a lot in walking distance including the beach, restaurants and stores. The staff was helpful and friendly and they allowed me to store my luggage before my check-in so I could explore without lugging a giant suitcase.

Hotel was beautiful, very clean and bright rooms and pool was nice. Before I stayed I was guaranteed a late checkout but then when I arrived they said they could not so I was stuck without a room for the afternoon with a late flight home.

The ocean was not visible, but it was easily accessible. The pool area was awesome and the staff was extremely nice. The rooms were clean and neat as well.
