The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the pool was so nice. The only negatives about the hotel was the pillows, they were very flat and only had three for two people. When I asked for more they had none. I had to sleep with my pillow folded in half. Also, the bed was terrible! If those two things can be worked on this hotel would be fantastic!!! The location is AMAZING!!!! The food in the restaurant was really good. I really wish the beds and pillow were better.

Dirt on sheets. Woke up with a bug on pillow under my face. The bed sunk in the middle. Horrible. When we told the front desk in the morning about the dirty sheets and the bug, they literally just looked at us like we had four heads and said nothing. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

It has a great location 4 minute walk to the beach restaurants, pharmacies and other stores all walking range from the hotel pool was great . Only thing was it's about 5 mins from the airport and you can hear all the planes taking off at the night .

Staff were awesome, the restaurants and amenities were amazing!! Room is somewhat dirty but nothing crazy just expect it to be a bit run down. Great place if you don’t care about the stay too much haha. But food was good and plenty of towels.

The place is disgusting. It’s clear the owners have zero interest in reinvesting. Room lighting is terrible, every part of the hotel needs refurbishing. Linens are tatty but clean. The ONlY bright spot was that the staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel bordered on "gross". The floor was filthy. The shower had a constant drip. The "porch" off of the room had broken parts on it. The fan blades were covered in a thick layer of dirt. There weren't clean, dry towels available. The staircase was dirty. When we checked in the first night, we were given a handicap accessible room which had an unusable shower.
