The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed a quiet stay and appreciated the onsite breakfast. We would stay here again in the future.

We didn't stay there because owner didn't give us any way to get in, and we couldn't get in touch with them despite vrbo also trying to contact them. Apparently they left with our money and left us with no where to stay.

Ótima localização, instalações novas e impecáveis, funcionários super atenciosos e cordiais, garagen segura e quarto perfeitos para um bom descanso após os passeios. Recomendo demais este hotel. Simplesmente fantástico.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was lovely, our cabin was perfect and we loved the food. We especially enjoyed breakfast delivered to our cabin. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing…much needed! The only complaint is that Expedia says it is 42 minutes away from Nevados de Chillan ski resort. We planned our ski trip around this information and were disappointed to learn that the drive was almost 2 hours. Driving a total of almost 4 hours each day to ski was too much. Oh.annd be careful with google maps. It lead me to the wrong entrance…it was confusing. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay here again.
