The hotel was okay (not awesome), but its the series of service lapses that's just below expectations. The restaurant's food was pricey but very low quality. When we parked, there were a series of issues with in and out privileges and I was promised a 50 dollar credit but upon checking out I realized they never credited it to the account either. The Bayside Tower is run down in comparison to the Marina Tower, not as clean and when booking there was no mention that the pool on the Bayside Tower was closed. Seemed more like a stop for the Marines and Navy

From the moment we check in the staff was always courteous and attentive to all of our needs. We were even given a wonderful surprise from the Hotel delivered to our suite, a bottle of champagne and desert.

The brewery restaurant on property is horrible as far as food goes. Pick something up on the way back to the hotel and avoid that place at all costs. 1/5 for that. Legit, everything else was amazing. The service, the staff, the grounds. Everything.
