Room and hotel was very nice, the parking was outrageous at $55 per day, better option was to park across street for $10 per parking, have to pay for each time you leave. We only left twice so much better option. The resort fee + parking (on site) was $100 which is excessive.

When the wind blows the wrong way causing jet exhaust to fill the room, make sure to keep the patio door closed. We had it three times. Even then, it was still detectable. I couldn't figure out how to check out on the tv, so just went to the front desk...I didn't see a key drop either.

Pros: rooms are large, beds are comfy, staff is polite. Views are lovely. Shuttle is very convenient. Cons: curtains broken, coffee maker broken, shower drain clogged. I asked for water and was told it would be delivered because they were busy (no big deal), waited 2 hours - no water. I’d stay again, because the rooms were clean and comfy and the location is convenient.

The pool and hut tub were great and the location was nice. Lots of dining options. However, they would not clean my room for a 5 day, 4 night stay. We had to take out our own trash, and wash the same cups in the sink with no soap repeatedly. By the 4th day we desparately needed some clean sheets and towels. The front desk promised to send someone to clean up for us and restock. We left for a few hours and came back to find only a brown back with sheets, towels, and a roll of toilet paper. We had to make the beds, bring towels to the housekeeping door, and empty the trash for them. Not my idea of fun on vacation.
