The shower exhibited mold growth, the toilet was leaking, and the coffee creamer had expired. Following contact with the hotel and Expedia, I was informed that the general manager would contact me approximately two weeks ago; however, I have yet to receive a response. The rooms were nice and recently redone. Beds were very comfortable. We loved having a view of the SD skyline but also the airport. We would definitely come back but would keep in mind the added on fees at the end which was &187 for two nights - parking is $50 a night and resort fee is $36 plus a couple small fees.

Your employees (especially those who work the front desk!) need to be more knowledgeable about the airport and the area around the airport area in order to help people from out of town better. My 8 hour hotel stay turned into 6 because i was unable to park with ease and settle in. It took almost 2 hours to find the parking i was looking for and get back to my room- which in itself was super subpar. Ground floor, way in the corner at the end of a hallway and smelled of paint fumes. I am so grateful i decided to leave my 4 year old at home.
