Michelle at the front desk. Always welcoming and ready to assist. Whenever we needed something she made it happen right away. Very knowledgeable about the attractions in the city and the activities at the hotel. She definetly made a difference !

Staff has not been able to handle the volume all day. Rooms not ready on time . Right hand knows not what the left hand is doing. When we got a room we found a very expensive bicycle in our room . Odd….We rang guest services and no one picked

Definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed at in San Diego. Nice walk around the marina in the mornings. Coffee was pretty good. No complaints. It’s also walkable from the airport.
