I was pleasantly surprised that I actually liked the location. I usually run from apartment options. The staff was great and always pleasant. They rooms are good and there are updates occurring in various areas. The pools are a nice option when you don’t want to walk the large number of steps to the beach. A €5 taxi will take you most places and many taxis will drive in front of the location.

The receptionist have zero customer services skills she’s just whining all day behind the reception and unprofessional. I did ask a late check out prior to my stay (1 month before) but I’ve been told to ask the D day which I did and been told to leave in the next 2 hours she even come to knock at my door !!!! What the hell ! It doesn’t give you time to find something else if you got late flight ! Otherwise the cleaners are amazing always polite and friendly

It was amazing , it was very large we booked for 2 and they gave us for 4 very nice . We are clean and we maintain but they are doing cleaning only once in 3 days we stay 4 and they haven’t clean , when approached to reception asked why !? They said it was cleaned cos your room is crossed in the journal don’t you see?😂😂 in general nice hotel

The staff are absolutely terrible, so rude, no smile when walking past, no hello, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, there is a bar/resteraunt connected to the hotel and the man that worked there l, think he is owner abused me a few times and spoke very bad to my friend, I have never in my life witnessed such behaviour

Excellent value for money. Greeted by a lovely receptionist on our first day and there is a very nice and quiet pool area. The hotel is in a fantastic location, and although it is a little worn it’s fantastic for the price.

I stayed in this place last year and, despite some problems, I liked it enough to book again in 2024. Unfortunately, it has changed a lot. Before making the booking I called the reception and asked in Spanish to be given a room in a less noisy area than last time. When I arrived, I was given a room in the noisiest part right next to the busy road with passing buses roaring until very late at night. You can only sleep comfortably for a few hours before the roar of the traffic starts again in the early morning. Also the bathroom looks really old with bathtub being painted over INSIDE with white paint, tiles and paint almost falling from the ceiling and walls and some very nasty mould and fungus painted over. What is worst, is the attitude of the receptionists. I asked to be given a different room and I was told buses passing by don't bother the receptionist. I asked him if he ever slept in this place and there was obviously no reply... I was then told to come back the next day, and the other receptionist did not even bother to check if there were any other rooms. All booked up! I also pointed out there were some items missing in the kitchen, to which the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and said: so what? do you want me to go and buy them for you? This place has changed beyond recognition and I very much regret booking another long stay here. Never again! The conditions are not acceptable for the price you pay and you expect for the staff to be more polite!

Good basic accommodation in Playa del Ingles

Great location, clean tidy rooms with a small kitchen, very friendly staff. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and lots of amenities (shops, restaurants etc) close by. The only thing I could fault was the lack of air con in the room. As we stayed at the end of November this was not too much of a problem, but I would think twice about booking if I were looking to stay in July/August.

Great location , nice renovated apartment , but kitchen area very outdated s and dirty . Old cupboard’s , constantly blocked sink and cockroaches . Cleaning staff do as little as possible . Such a shame for a nice apartment block . We asked to be changed to a cleaner more modern apartment for our second week but were told this would cost €450.00 😂😂😂 . We would recommend for the location , near the beach restaurant’s and shopping , but make sure you see your apartment before you accept it .

Great location and staff - but needs some TLC.

We had a great welcome from Chris And she was helpful and friendly all the time. She talked to guest's at the pool regularly. She responded to requests quickly. The apartments are in a grest location. The bar advertised was closed. Apparently the apartments had not long been taken over. And they were in need of some TLC in the kitchens and bathrooms. The living room and bedrooms were fine. The beds were comfortable. Great views from balcony. The water unit for the room was too small to wash my hair and shower- ended up with cold showers. My friends water unit flooded and they were moved quickly to an adjacent room by Chris. The pools were both freezing cold so not very useable though we braved it a couple of times. The lifeguatd was very helpful and kept the area clean and tidy. We cannot emphasis enough how lovely all the staff were. Plus the cleaning service was very good. But the building needs some TLC including the wood on the balconies which is rough and splintery.

Many options to buy food, clothes and everything you need very close to Roca Verde aparthotel, the beach has many options with umbrellas, without umbrellas and restaurants around. During this time that I was here, I had no problems with parking, I always found a parking lot near or around the aparthotel. This property is not new or It is not luxurious but it is a place near the beach, and with everything around, what more can I ask for 🙏

Poor condition and not as advertised

Very poor condition and quality and not as advertised on the site. Poor cleanliness, public toilets and showers don’t have a door so no privacy, in the rooms a lot of rust, mould and holes all over. Beds are very uncomfortable, no hot water to shower with in bathroom or the public showers. Reception staff unhelpful and haven’t got a clue. The images and description of these apartments is very misleading and some very good photography skills
