Located on one of the best yacht clubs of the island, with nice parks and walking areas, access to its beach and to its private sea club with restaurant, chill out and swimming area, and right next to the wonderful Meloneras Golf Course. It allows a relaxed stay on the south of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions like Meloneras Boulevard, but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling, fishing or sailing, or just to relax on its swimming pool with wonderful sea views.

The house is distributed in one single floor at street level, and consists of a wide living room with smart tv, dining area and fully-equipped open kitchen, a private outdoor space with outdoor seating and dining area, a private sun terrace with sea views on the rooftop, three bedrooms, one with king size bed, another with two twin beds and the other with a single bed, and three full bathrooms with walk-in shower. Guests also have access to a large common pool and garden with sun lounges.

Wunderschöne Lage, Haus und Betreuung verbesserungsbedürftig.

Wir haben das Haus Faro Vela 5 in Pasito Blanco zum zweiten mal gemietet, weil die Lage und manche Annehmlichkeiten wirklich schön sind. Man kann sich gut erholen.Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Suite Dreams ist eine Katastrophe. Obwohl sie auf ihrer Webseite damit angibt, wie umfassend ihre Kundenbetreuung sei, haben wir in unseren zwei Wochen nur einmal, am Abreisetag, von ihnen gehört mit der Frage: Um wieviel Uhr reisen sie ab?Das Haus selbst wäre schön und zweckmäßig für Ferien, aber viele Dinge müssten dringend renoviert werden.Der vorhandene Dachgarten mit Kunstrasen kann ohne den nicht vorhandenen Sonnenschutz nicht benutzt werden.Mehrere Haufen Katzenkot waren nicht weggeputzt. Eine Liege war zerbrochen, die Agentur verprach sie "bei Gelegenheit" zu ersetzen. Wir hörten nicht mehr davon, es ist ihnen egal. Dass unter meiner Bettdecke bei unserer Ankunft eine Kakerlake lag spricht kaum für die gründliche Reinigung. Wie Fernseher, Herd und Internet funktionieren kann der fähige Mieter selbst herausfinden. Nicht der kleinste Hinweis, wie etwas funktioniert. Gut dass wir das Haus schon kannten. Aber in der Zwischenzeit ist es schlechter geworden. Der Pool wurde in zwei Wochen einmal gereinigt, es liegen sehr viele Käfer-und Insektenlarven auf dem Grund. schön auf sie zu treten. Wir werden diese Agentur ganz bestimmt nicht mehr wählen, Betreuung ist für sie ein Fremdwort.
