Reception staff was very helpful, polite and friendly with the children. They work on Christmas and Boxing Day and offered sweets to kids. Swimming pool was nice and kids enjoyed it. We’d offered the 1st floor room and from the balcony we couldn’t able to see anything beyond the compound.

Big clean room. While no food rests (like salt, oil...), kitchen provides all we need, incl. Toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, cuttlery. Big balcony with a city view. Quite. Polite receptionists. Was able to leave bags at the reception after checkout at no cost.

We had a pleasant stay there, Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and definitely willing to help if asked. Receptionist allowed us to leave our baggage for few hours (in a safe place) after checking out. Great location. Fully recommend.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, 2 Minuten zum Yumbo, in 15 Minuten am Playa de Ingles Das Zimmer war mehr wie ausreichend, sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, ich konnte 2 Stunden früher einchecken und am Abreise Tag meinen Koffer noch für mehrere Stunden dort parken.

Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable, ils sont à l’écoute. L’établissement ne possède pas de laverie sur place. La piscine est cool. Juste à côté du Yumbo. Le gros point négatif pour moi est la Wifi qui est mauvaise. Appart-hotel un peu vieillot mais j’ai malgré tout passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande.
