We never stayed there because we had to cancel the trip due to personal family matters. The third party provider said they will issue refund if the property approved it and they simply said no they would not. So it seems people with unexpected family matters are not a concern to them.

The room is clean, only we noticed is that there is no trash bag on each trash can, not sure if that is normal. Daily room service were done, like changing the used towels and face towels, however is there's no floor mat inside the washroom right next to the shower area. But still it's good to stay there, the environment is quiet. Also one thing is the internet connection, I thought it was free like YouTube and Netflix .
