Primarily the room, paper thin walls, could hear neighbors on both sides of our room talking, going to the bathroom, coughing, flushing toilets, even yawning.
Our bed didn’t even have a mattress pad, only a thin sheet over the mattress. Bathrooms were small, even for a king bedroom. The bathtubs were very old, chipping away. We had to change rooms when we arrived because the bathtub was in such poor condition. Windows didn’t have sheers while curtains didn’t quite close all the way.
We found that we had been overcharged by approximately $675 when we got home and looked at our credit card summary. Had to talk with the accounting manager to try and resolve. As of this date the amounts have not been totally resolved. We booked thru Expedia and our total for our 2 rooms didn’t jive with hotels amount. Accounting manager said it would take 7 to 10 days to be fully resolved. That is really not very acceptable.
