Seemed cleaned enough. Staff not overly friendly. Limited to only one car in parking lot per rsvp. Early check in offered at a price but then denied. Called and they said they were sold out night before and would not offer this. Had an outdoor pool. Good temp but light fixture had popped out and was floating in the pool and had debris like leaves/rocks and hair floating around. Elevator was really slow. Found there is a train nearby. Breakfast was good. Tables dirty though. Fire alarm went off and some headed outside. Walked back in after alarm was off to find it smelled like someone had just burnt food. But no message from staff. Location is close enough to downtown activities and there is a mini grocery store across street.Price was high considering these things.

Please read..

Where do I start, check-in was quick and easy. Waiting for the small, broken elevator was a drag. Walking towards the room, the carpet was very stained. The room had paint chipped from walls, sink had low trickling waterflow. The AC unit had a constant(every 5/7 seconds) water drip onto the carpet. Carpet was completely soak after coming back from dinner. Not very satisfying, then waking up to the building fire alarm going off. I did request a cancelation after the first night, hoping to hear back, nothing happened so I requested a different room. Second room had a, not so good oder. We did our best to stay out the room as long as we could before calling it a night. I seriously don't know what else to say, but I can assure you that I will not be booking there again. What a birthday getaway for our daughter..

One night stay

In town for one night. Staff were courteous and polite. We reserved the room with two queen beds. Room was spacious with a sofa, mini fridge, microwave and coffee. Beds were comfy. Area was quiet. We were a 6 minute drive in traffic to the Riverwalk. Reasonably priced. My friend rented on the Riverwalk and paid double. I wouldn’t definitely stay again.

There was a bed bug in the bed the first day we got there. I checked out right away and went to the Hampton inn across the street. I will not stay at La Quinta ever again it was a bad experience specially having my children with me moving hotels in the middle of the night.

Not every happy. The room had a very strong damp smell and there were mold in many places in the room. I saw dog's hair (cat's hair) around the beds.
