Photos not accurate

The pictures on Hotels.com did not accurately reflect the state of the building. The inside of the rooms were nice but the hotel grounds were a bit sketchy.

The door to the room had to be slammed to close. The top security patch was broken. The room lamps were dark. The shower door was functioning. The bed frame was noisy as hell. The room provided a bucket and bag for ice but the one and only ice machine was broken. Upon checkout, waiting on the attendant for 10 mins..... I had to knock on the back officec door to wake him up.

This place used to be a good place. So I had already been staying at this location for about two days and I ended up checking out, plans didn't work out so I decided to go back to this location later that night. When I get there there trying to charge me a $100 deposit which I wasn't charged no deposit the night before. And they tell me oh that there policy changed a while back then changes it to that it changed that day. Something about there were people that broke some microwave and they needed to start charging deposit. I'm like you have records of all my stays and also I'm a Wyndham Platinum member so they also have records of those stays as well. Look and see if I have ever damaged anything.. Well we have a lot of guests that say that and we can't keep track. What in the world?!? How do you not have records?? He calls his "manager" on phone and is telling him what is going on.. The "manager" goes and tells me the same thing but it's funny how the front desk guy changes some of the story to make himself sound like he did it by the book... So it was supposed to get down freezing that night but they didn't care, and mind you the reservation was already paid. So if I didn't give them $100 I wasn't going to be allowed to stay. "Oh you'll get it back when you check out" yeah right... The way they acted made it seem they would find any reason to keep the deposit... And this place isn't even all that.. You have a horrible breakfast, waffles and toast..

Dripping faucets. Door that wouldn’t latch. Constant noise. Tiny shower. No housekeeping. If those things don’t keep you away, nothing will.

It was a convenient location for me to attend my son‘s graduation from Air Force. Basic training at Lackland. It did not give me sense of security by any stretch. But based on what I saw, the general area is like that so I wouldn’t blame it all on the hotel per se. Its old rooms are out of date no phones in the room to connect to the front desk. Very noisy from both customers who are staying there as well as the road itself next to it

broken mirror, broken toilet seat broken door frame, black mold in the heater/AC (which i ended up cleaning out) door didn't sit correctly in the door frame so there is about an inch wide crack between the door and the frame that you goes from the middle of the door down to floor. the lug that the door locks into in the frame has also been clearly broken into and recently replaced with the door frame still being damaged and having the screws from the previous lug still in the frame.

Door didn’t work was locked out 5 times in my 2 day stay once was like 3:00 am coming from work no one came for about 45 minutes each time I was locked out it took about 30-45 minutes of me waiting outside the room for someone to help me not one time when I spoke to the manager wasn’t offered a discount or any type of reimbursement

Small showers Homeless just outside your door

This hotel just wasn’t up to the standards I expected from LaQuinta. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected. The shower was very small. The worst part was the homeless that lived right outside our doorsteps. This hotel has a bridge onsite that is a shelter/home for many homeless. It’s obviously not the cleanest environment.

I think the property need a lot maintenance . Also mattress cover - they are old stain bi stain no one smallest . Bathroom needs a lot maintenance, the phone did not work, the handle door is lose . But please invest little more $$$ the location is great .

Very disappointed by this stay. I complained the first day here because of the lack of cleanliness, and was given no resolution. I ended up needing to book at a different hotel nearby, and checked out early. I stayed for a military graduation, as many do! Our families deserve better accommodations.
