Overpriced with basic amenities. The pool was tiny, as well. Staff never informed me that the breakfast wasn’t complimentary, despite what their website says. They also were not upfront about the pet cleaning cost. They hardly have ANY snacks or drinks to offer customers. The beds were so soft my back hurt for both days of being there. To think I was exciting to get away from home, but I was just missing my bed. There wasn’t any bags in trash bins or a bag to carry out dirty laundry. Things are changing because I thought this was all standard. Another huge odd aspect is no vanity in ANY bathroom at the Hyatt. So, you get no privacy when doing hygiene routine. I asked nicely to switch to a different room, and I didn’t really expect to be able to. They did say of course no problem and they would call me when one is ready. Big surprise, 3 hours flew by with NO communication back. Funny because the moment my dog started to bark, they sure did call me right away.
The hotel is nice and clean. I was sad to see that unless you are a Hyatt member you don’t get water bottles for your room or breakfast without a fee. These things used to be included. Other than that, the service was good and I was pleased.

Disappointing
Do NOT stay at this hotel . Tragically, our truck was broken into along with five other vehicles on the same night. When we spoke to the manager, we were even more disappointed to discover that she was careless. She claimed that they had security, but we never saw any security personnel at night. There were nights when we arrived early and others when we arrived late, and no one was out there, how can they break into 5 vehicles when there is a security according to hotel management. To make matters worse, they shattered our window, and we had to pay to get it fixed promptly since it was our only vehicle that allowed us to move around at that time
When you pay what we paid for the room you should had a complimentary breakfast. There was no microwave in the room. As we checked out we asked about that and I said that you had to ask for a microwave. It should always be a microwave in a room. Unless it's a Cheap hotel.
Absolutely spotless! I initially had trouble with getting hot water but the staff made some adjustments and after that it was great. The sofa-bed couch in my room was really saggy and uncomfortable.
