I was overcharged without my consent I was told my pet fee was $75.00 and they charged me $152.00 then ended up running my card again for $88.50 it was a mess!! Especially with my bank!! Then when trying to address the issue that customer service rep is very unprofessional no customer service skills at all!! Our blinds were broken in the front room bathtub didn’t have a stopper for the water pieces of tile were broken just horrible experience at this location! Never will rent here again

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The only down side was we had requested an accessible room because my husband has trouble getting around. We were disappointed that the toilet was so short. But we managed.

Room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable. The fire pit out front was a fun place to meet the rest of our party. The nearby speciality coffee shop was a plus. The television was difficult to access and the water pressure was a little low at times but overall I enjoyed my stay.

I had been on the road all day and wanted a hot shower. The shower was lukewarm to cold. The toilet seat was completely broken off of the toilet, just laying in place. The breakfast had no eggs, only bread, muffins, and waffles. I'm type II diabetic and don't eat flour products so I went without breakfast. I won't be back.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is pretty convenient. The beds are comfortable. The shower wasn’t installed properly, so it would move underneath your feet when you were in it which was hard for me to handle. You could hear people outside in the halls and in the rooms next to you. The breakfast food had okay options, but the food quality wasn’t good.
