Loved the hotel in every aspect but the pillows and beds were not as comfortable as we expected. The pillows were clumpy and uneven. We woke up sore and will definitely be bringing our own pillows next time. Other than that the stay was pretty good.

My experience with this hotel was amazing! The property is beautiful and it's located on the River Walk! The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and quiet experience.

The rooms are dated particularly the bathroom. Housekeeping was subpar- they supposedly cleaned but did not empty the trash that had leftover smelly food in it and did not leave any towels. The next day housekeeping only left 2 towels and wash clothes however we were in a double bed room with 3 people.

Astounding trip

The staff went above and beyond. We visited just before Christmas. Upon checking in, my grands received gifts from the hotel. It was my daughter's birthday, and I had cupcakes delivered, but someone else took them. The staff sent my daughter a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine. They consistently went above and beyond.
