The hotel was very clean when arriving. The front desk agent wasn’t the nicest or welcoming. The room was very clean but only had 2 towels when arriving. Breakfast was ok. Not terrible but ok.

The AC was not consistent. I had to change several times per night. The TV in 402 never worked, despite calling the front desk 4 times and them saying each time they would send someone. One time I returned from dinner to find the remote in a different place. They obviously saw it not working, but never did anything about it. And finally...NO body could drive my manual transmission car. Pathetic for a valet.
