The parking was worse, the towels were so worn down. Valet parking attendants smoked or were smokers but when I got my car it was like I was in ashtray , and I am allergic to smoke. It was a miserable drive back home.

I arrived to the hotel to check in, when they told me that they had over booked and gave my room away. I was there for a party and my family was already at the hotel, but I couldn't get in because of Fiesta traffic and streets being blocked off. My family stayed there and the hotel was looking where to put us up and that was another nightmare in itself.

Our stay at Sonesta was outstanding. Exceptional, friendly service at the front desk. Our room was so comfortable. Everyone talked about how great the beds were! We stayed in a two-room suite, which was perfect for our multi-generational trip to San Antonio. We will definitely book a stay here again the next time we're in San Antonio.

Amazing staff, very courteous on check in and throughout our stay. Room was very quiet, roomy 2 bed / bath and comfy bed. TVs in each room. Full kitchen and warm showers. Full breakfast that was free and coffee all day. Very walkable to the Riverwalk, shopping, movies, dining and attractions. Room temp also very comfortable .

Valet was horrible, there weren't luggage carts when i checked in on a Wednesday night, when i checked out there was only one andnit was awful, there was so ive machine, the front desk disnt have a first aid kit
