Very close to the airport and shopping. We were there for a military graduation. Everyone was very nice and everything was very accessible. There was no problem getting to the places we needed to go. The pricing of rooms were very reasonable for the five days we stayed. Good experience!

Worst stay ever!!!

The manager was not nice. Water was coming out of the walls and all they did was caulk the tub. Attendant called to see if we paid and we paid for 4 days. Never apologized and the manager did not care. Will never stay at a Crown Plaza again. I was on vacation

Great hotel, just picked the wrong time to go (spring break) had a rowdy crowd next to us but that’s not the hotels fault. It is what it is. Extremely comfy beds and good housekeeping staff. Adorable breakfast attendant

Last time im staying there!

The room was stink from cigarette. The tub was old and rusty and the towels torns and dated. I couldn't attached pictures but i do have few.

I liked everything about hotel except that shower water temp wasnt as hot as i wanted. It was warm water, not hot. I couldnt enjoy hot shower at the hotel. If water was hot as i wanted, i would have gave 5 stars.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Hotel was older and in need of updating. The shower in our first room was not clean; however the staff ensured we were moved to a new room right away. We went out to dinner and were looking forward to having drinks at the hotel bar, but when we arrived, the bartender seemed put out that we were asking for drinks. She made sure we knew she was limited on what she could make and that she had very little beer. We chose to just return to our room. Overall, the staff was friendly, so that seemed like an odd encounter.

Solo trip

I always wanted to stay at this particular hotel. It seems that it went through some renovations some years ago. Still looks in good shape, some details noted like hallway seemed a bit dirty, needed some vacuuming next to the walls. My room was clean, comfortable, all the amenities needed. There is a Wi-Fi service but I didn’t use it. A complimentary breakfast was included that was good. Overall it is a good option when you’re in town and look for a hotel close to the airport. The only issue is that the price I was charged is different from what shows in hotels.com. I will check again to see if they corrected.

I wanted to love this place and for the most part it was good. Cons, huge stain in the bedroom not sure what it was. Stayed for 4 days and everyday the shower was luke warm. The continental breakfast left little to be desired, which is fine however $17 for the breakfast seemed a bit much for what they served. Drinks at the bar was very over priced and appeared to be out of a lot, $14 for a glass of wine at a hotel off the Hwy was too much. Pros, overall the hotel was clean. The staff was nice and the hotel was conveniently located and the bed was comfortable. Restaurant staff was very friendly.
