Excellent customer service when we arrived, as a dad with 2 daughters and my wife we have lots of luggage, they helped right away, had our bags loaded on a cart the check in was easy and they made us feel like family. The room was great, comfortable beds and the shower was amazing.

The hotel is immaculate, casual and friendly check-in. Valet parking was efficient. The breakfast burrito was the only let down as far as dining was concerned, promised to be filled with tomato, bacon, and cheese but it was mostly potato. The food was fresh and well prepared otherwise.

The room was picture perfect! The check in was smooth, even though I encountered issues with my credit card company. The staff QUICKLY accommodated for my payment and we were checked in in less than 5 mins. We will DEF be coming back again!

Did not have breakfast on site. I used the valet service so unsure of parking. Location was perfect (right on the river walk). Although I did not see hotel staff maid service was provided each day. Valet staff were amazing. Restaurant staff amazing. Loved the bartender. Very sweet young lady. Had the pleasure of meeting her parents, as they were also visiting that weekend.

This hotel is amazing…trendy decor, friendly staff, lots of complimentary perks, rooms are very nice, and Domingo on the river walk is beautiful and delicious. Just a neat experience and so glad we stayed here compared to other hotels we saw.

room was in good condition, but many things was missed. Ice machine was broke, room slippers weren't ready (I asked to have them from the front desk and they gave me only one pair_ which were last pair. So I had to be bare foot on cold cement floor) and a hair dryer wasn't set up in my room.
