Loved this property along the River Walk. Ate at restaurant downstairs and it was great! Parking was pricey so we used SpotHero and parked down the street for $20 a night instead. Staff were friendly!

Liked the property but definitely not kid friendly. Wished i looked for something that had a pool, wasn’t a fan of the restaurant, and beds were not very comfortable (tossed around at night). They did have a cool spot on the 3rd floor for adults but that’s about it. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ok for location

Water in shower was not draining properly, which resulted in us standing in water for the duration. Also, their fire alarms would blink this bright white light in the room, making it hard to fall asleep. Staff were accommodating and sent someone right away for the shower. The floor was concrete, which is ok if you’re into that industrial look, but made it slick when getting out of the shower. The little rug that was supplied was tiny. Would not stay there again because of this, but the staff were very friendly. Valet was $65/night, which was outrageous. Park in the garage across the street.

The Canopy by Hilton was a great stay - along the River-walk in San Antonio. The staff was very accommodating and the onsite restaurant was one of the best on the River (both breakfast and dinner) I would recommend this property if downtown San Antonio is your destination.

This Hotel was Exceptional! From the check-in with Jessica, the dining staff and the check out. I don’t recall the gentleman’s name we spoke with at check out only that he was from South Africa. He was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely come back and stay here when we return to San Antonio. What a wonderful experience!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights on the 15th floor. We took a taxi from the airport. It was very comfortable and trendy and in a great location along the riverwalk. I was able to talk to staff through texts. We enjoyed the bar on the 3rd floor as well as Domingo which the food was excellent. You have to make a reservation though 1 or 2 days prior! Our only (minor) complaints were that there is no lock on the toilet room door and the ice machine in the hallway didn't work. Oh and my husband said he really liked the TV channel setup with the remote lol.

The Canopy is located right in the middle of everything. Great location. The room was comfy and clean. Parking was Valet only, the valet staff was really on point - a bit pricey side. The elevators were very fast and efficient. The bar area on level 3 was great.
