Man at office was rude and insisted I pay a $4 service fee in addition to what I paid Expedia. WiFi did not work. The keys didn't work properly...no light when lock was disengaged. Several people outside loitering, possibly homeless? Empty beer cans on side of building. No hot water in the shower...cold ...
