We booked standard king. Got an accessible king. They moved us to a standard king. No glasses (not even plastic) in the room. No coffee, microwave or ice bucket. Small fridge (no freezer section). Had to get cardboard coffee cups from lobby. Was not impressed with Tru by Hilton.

The staff was fine. The east room was missing a light fixture. The bed frames protruded so much my sister and aunt continually hit their shins on them. The rooms were very basic.

The staff was really great, the location was great, in fact, everything was great, EXCEPT THE BEDS, the bed sheets had a huge amount of static electricity that we could see the lights in the darkness, it was like a thunder storm inside the sheets, we felt like millions of needless were piercing our skin, we stayed in room 315 and 316, reserved two rooms and they both had the same problem with the static electricity, we couldn’t sleep at all it was crazy, that’s something that I had never experienced, everything else was great, but the sleeping part was horrible due to that issue.
