We have stayed there for years. We like the location and it’s always clean. It is getting very outdated and needs some updates but I’ll take clean over new! The breakfast is good. We had VIP rewards and when I asked about upgrade she was not friendly about it and seemed put out. She said no upgrade available and then I had to ask for our waters included in VIP check in. We arrived at our assigned room and it was already occupied. Embarrassing! Awkward and we then had to pack all Our things back to the front desk. Second room was clean and nice.

The first doom I got was absolutely disgusting and I tried to just pretend it was okay but finally went to the front counter and they switched me to another room. It was no better and so I left the property and went back to Little America which is a little more money but the rooms are too notch and CLEAN!!!

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfast's that I have had in a long time: from the varity of foods, being well-stocked, served on time, fresh fruit and the continuous, hot coffee around the clock. I had a king suite and it was very spacious, clean and met my needs. I really came in handy as my daughter was getting married and we needed the extra space for three of us to steam her wedding dress. The bed was clean and very confortable. The room was very clean which I appreciated and the facility was quiet.

Wonderful staff and very clean room. Breakfast was good, but the beverage options could be improved. Orange juice dispenser was “out of service” and has been each of the last FOUR stays at this site (over a two month period)
