The hotel is clean and in a convent spot for the paces we planned on going. However, both times I have stayed at this Crystal Inn (Midvalley), I have never been recognized or given my Expedia VIP perks where the other one’s we have stayed at, have thanked me for being a VIP mender and offered me the perks without asking. All-in-all it is still a great place to stay.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but it turned out to be a great stay! The location was close to the freeway, shopping center and lots of restaurant options. The parking was on the premises and very convenient. The hotel itself was great for the price, overall a great choice.

The people at the front desk were amazing. In the room one outlet did not work at all and in the shower there was a glob of hair on the shower wall. But other than that it was a great stay.
