When we booked the room, it was listed as sleeping 5. There were two queen beds, and that was it. We assumed the 5th was a pull out sofa, but the sofa did not pull out. There was a separate folding bed that was offered, but there was little space anyway, so our son just slept on the floor. The floors/walls didnt really dampen noise. Every morning at 5, a neighboring property had trash collection of some kind that was extremely loud, waking us. The hotel indicated they would not clean the room unless requested, which we were fine with. We just needed to notify them the night before. We called the second night to have the room cleaned while we were gone on the third day. We returned to find our room had not been cleaned. I stopped at the front desk to see if they were still available, but they were not. They noted that there was no indication that we needed cleaning done. I requested it for the following day and said our trash cans were full. They gave me trash bags, towels and toiletries and said they would be right up to collect the trash bags. I swapped the trashes and they placed them outside the door as instructed. We went out to dinner and upon returning, the trash bags were still there. They were collected sometime the next morning. The staff was nice, but that was the only redeeming quality of this property. We won’t be back.

Would never let a loved one stay here

The manager and cheek in clerk were very rude. The room was never cleaned, only 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days, they said you had to tell them the day prior if you wanted more towels. The manager brought towels and made me feel very threatened as he entered our room. Sheets were unclean and they never changed them during the stay. Beds did not have pillowtop nor were the toiletries premier as the listing claims.

Great Value, Could Use Some Room Updates

Great value. Room was clean, we did not get an option for maid service, so I am not sure was any, We were there 3 nights, so a slight breakfast change from the same would have been nice, but no big deal. The window in our room was damaged and would not lock or seal, but we did not bother complaining. Rooms could use an update. Very small TV for a 2 bed room. All in all, it was a decent place to stay with good value and we would come again.

Front desk staff was very nice. I left a couple items and there were able to find them for me. I think the breakfast area is a little crowded and not as many options as other Crystal Inn's we have stayed at.

There are no close, walkable restaurants. I didn't have a car so this was very unfortunate for me. The close access to the bus for skiing was great. The hot tub was also very nice.
