Clean and good size room. Friendly front desk for overseas visitors. We spent a couple of days in Narita visiting Naritasan, downtown Chiba and the Aeon mall. We used the hotel shuttle bus to connected us to most of the transit points. I wonder if the management would consider offering light meals and Japanese menu in their restaurants.

This hotel worked great for one night stay after arriving from a long flight into Japan. It helped us get oriented for our trip into the main area of Tokyo the following day and how to navigate the train system. The staff was helpful in sharing how to do this.

Got in late last evening, tired! No towels in room. Staff didn’t care. No room ammenities like tea or coffee. You have to pay 500 yen for coffee in reception. Airport bus threw my luggage. Booked it for convenience to Narita, but seriously, the basics were missing.

It was a pleasant experience! The only drawback is that the airport shuttle service is not exactly every half an hour as stated. It is hourly for 5-6 hours during early daytime hours. Otherwise no other issues.. excellent place to stay
