Stellar location and service! We felt very taken care of. The staff went out of their way to help accommodate us when we chose to stay longer and when I wasnt feeling well. I wish every hotel had a staff this attentive and caring.

Excellent hotel. Great location. The place is absolutely charming. The suite was huge with ample space and great view of the town. My only negative comment is that the internet doesnt work well in the guest rooms.

Spotlessly clean. Had our room made up every single day. Perfect and centrally located. Very walkable from the train station. Breakfast was okay, limited options but filled you up. WiFi doesnt work in the rooms, only from the lobby and reception but nice comfy chairs to sit in and a lovely courtyard.

Hotel was in the middle of the old city and very walkable to everything. Luckily, there was a young man on staff that could take our luggage up three flights of stairs because there was no elevator unfortunately he was not there when we left and senior ladies had to take their own luggage down. Hotel is not meant for people that aren’t able to lift 30 to 50 pounds of luggage carrying upstairs!

Right where you want to be for the Christmas fest.

This is an amazing place to stay if you're coming to Colmar for the Christmas market. The hotel is right on the main street where the market is held, but it's very quiet when the windows are closed. The rooms are historic but have been modernized, and are a special treat for folks from the USA who don't have regular access to this kind of special experience. Highly recommended!

Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel location couldn't be better. The hotel is vintage. The mattress, bedding, furniture, etc felt vintage but also worn out. Breakfast was good with many options. There is an elevator which is nice as our room was on the third floor. We had a view of a roof.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was so nice and helpful. The location is ideal for the Christmas markets. The town is charming and I want to come back when the flowers are in bloom. You should know that the free shuttle won't bring you to Place Jeanne D'Arc during the market season. It only goes from the train station, one stop to Theatre and then you have to get off. The walk to the hotel from there isn't bad, unless you have heavy luggage or have trouble walking. You'll get to see some market stalls on the way. There are taxis and Ubers, but they can't get you close to the hotel during market hours.

Perfect location

The location of hotel could not be more central. It's right in the middle of everything. The building is loaded with charm, and some quirks due to it's era, yet is has been modernized in the areas that are important - the bathrooms. We've stayed here several times and it is always our first choice when staying in Colmar.

This lovely hotel has a great location in the old town of Colmar. The nearest parking is 300m away. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back.
